Remember when we young and we felt good on the inside and out.
Our parents would look after us keep us warm and healthy.
We have dream and goals about our life.
But it doesn't always go to plan !!!
As time goes by you realise things change we change and our health changes to.
Not just on the in side but the outside as well. We look into the mirror and say it will be ok. But is it?
This can be through having a sickness
like a cold, menopause, ear problems, cancer or even a heart condition. I had them all and not feeling like the same as I once did.
I have found out over the years it's not just taking vitamins to make you feel good, its about getting our PH balance right in our body this will help our inside as well as our outside appearance.
One of the reasons I wanted to work with helping people with pain is because I had a lot of pain myself. Some time its so hard to let doctors know how you felt as they put it down to what your illness is and some time that's not the reason at all.

This February was when Seacret shared this exciting news. I must say I didn't really no anything much about 7.2. Listening to Dr Howard Chon, was so amazing and he said if anyone like to come up and talk after he would be happy to talk to us. I was wondering if he could help my hearing. Ok let me tell you I woke up one morning and could not hear then in a couple hours my right ear pop and I could hear a little my left nothing much at all but I wonted to still go to the convention and was so glad I did Dr Chon gave me some Recover tables which I took every 90min over the weekend and at the end I could hear a lot better than I did before I got there also Dr Cohn gave me a 3 day sample pack which I was so excited to try and run out then my products had arrived form Seacret so been on them know for a month I have lost 6k and hoping to lose more going back in April to have another hearing test just to see the different to the one I had before starting 7.2 and I still feeling tried some days and others on top of the world. This is because I still have toxin in my body that I need to get rid of also keeping in touch with Dr Chon he was telling me that the lifespan of a red blood cell is 120 days and I would cycle out my whole blood stream and many of my toxins over the next two months.
I am enjoying walking with my daughter and granddaughter every second day. Still enjoying the food I love and taking 7.2 to help me on the inside and this will also help the out side.
